Do you want to try a unsual dinner?
The idea is to organise itinerant and periodic gastronomic events where my cooking mixes with the works of other artists and artisans. Different forms of art coming together to create a unique experience that stimulates all the senses and makes you feel intense emotions.  Using products from small farms and wineries, to give value to traditions and rediscover forgotten ingredients, always respecting the seasonality of food.
Evenings dedicated to serving a very limited number of dinners at refined locations to offer an original and unpredictable gastronomic-cultural-artistic journey.  
Here I become an unorthodox natural food chef.
